Everything was amazing. We brought in our broken Dyson this morning and then 3 hours later we got a call that it was all fixed and ready to be picked up. It was a great experience from beginning to end and we will definitely come back for our yearly checkup/cleaning.

We took our Miele vacuum cleaner that I had totally screwed up in for service and Yoram did a total cleaning of the machine for what I considered reasonable money. He even carried the machine to my wife's car. I think excellent service overall

He was able to get vacuum working again in short time and entirely cleaned - the vacuum works like brand new again!! I bought my very expensive Sebo canister from this store under a previous owner. When only a few years passed and the brush was not spinning, the wonderful experience of the owner fixed it within a few minutes. I am pretty technical myself, yet did not not possess the magic in his mind! Thanx Vacuum City for always being there!

Andy @ Vacuum City was a magician with our old vacuum. We have 3 dogs, so the amount of hair trapped inside had slowed the suction down tremendously. He has our machine humming like new. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

The owner was very helpful. Bought a refurbished/ rebuilt Miele vacuum and it works great (saved a few hundred $’s). You can tell they went through every part of the machine. Great selection of new and used vacuums.
